Use the UtsavLoop checkout shown for your booking. Never share your password, one-time code, card PIN, or payment-provider credentials with another person. Cash on delivery is not offered in this preview.
Share pickup details after confirmation
Public outfit pages show a pickup city and state. The exact pickup details are shown to the booking participants only after payment is confirmed. Coordinate the handover in the conversation attached to that booking.
Check the garment together
At each handover, take clear photos of the garment and any existing marks. The booking flow asks for evidence at dispatch, receipt, return, and return receipt so both participants can refer to the same rental record.
Pause if something feels wrong
Do not proceed with an unexpected payment request or share private credentials. For a confirmed rental, use its booking conversation to coordinate with the other participant. A general UtsavLoop support channel and response commitment have not yet been configured.
