Delete your UtsavLoop account.
Use this form to request account deletion, including if you have uninstalled the app. No sign-in or app installation is needed to send the request.
Request account deletion
- Enter your name and the email used for UtsavLoop, including Google sign-in accounts.
- Confirm the request and submit the form. Keep your request reference.
- Support verifies ownership before deleting data. Never send your password or payment credentials.
Data covered by your request
Your account profile and sign-in records, linked Firebase authentication/profile information, saved outfits, listings and uploaded images, pickup-location details, messages, reviews, and other associated personal data are reviewed for deletion. Local app preferences and cart data can also be removed by clearing app storage on your phone.
Records that may be retained
Booking, purchase, payment, deposit, refund and dispute records may be needed until the related transaction or issue is resolved, or for an applicable legal retention requirement. Personal details should be removed when they are no longer needed. Support will identify retained records, the reason and the additional retention period during verification.
Deletion requests and related correspondence are stored in our support queue. Resolved requests are currently eligible for removal after 365 days from creation; support can explain how your request record will be minimized.
Backups
Our daily backup configuration currently uses approximately 14 days of retention. Backup copies are separate from active account records and are removed through the backup cleanup cycle. A restored backup must not reactivate a deleted account.
